Konflik Palestina-Israel: Upaya Penghancuran dan Pertahanan yang belum berakhir, 1917-2017

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the existence of a Palestinian state and the formation of the state of Israel, as well as the emergence of conflict between the Palestinians and Israel. This research method uses the historical method, which consists of heuristics, criticism (internal and external), interpretation, and historiography. The emergence of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict was because the Palestinian territories had been visited by many immigrants Romanians, Russians, Poles, Germans, and Americans. Their arrival to Palestine is done legally or illegally. The goal is to form a new country called Israel. This condition fueled the flames of the Palestinians because Israel had gained independence on May 15, 1948. Thus, Palestine did not accept that the Jews had taken its territory. The war between the two countries continues to this day, even Israel still maintains its territory as an independent country. To respond to the Palestinian-Israeli problem, a conflict resolution has been carried out, the result of which is that the two countries do not accept the suggestions and input provided by the United Nations.
